PROMOFER was presented on 26 November 2025 during the 16th BioZ Bündnistreffen, held at BIO CITY Leipzig, an event exclusively for partners of the BioZ alliance, a regional innovation network focused on developing biobased products, processes and value chains in Germany.
This meeting marked the official kick-off of the second funding phase of BioZ and brought together representatives from industry and research to exchange new project ideas and explore collaborative opportunities. The presentation offered attendees insight into the project’s objectives, methodologies and expected impact, highlighting its relevance within the broader bioeconomy innovation landscape fostered by BioZ.
During the event, dissemination material in the form of a project presentation was shared with around 50 participants from diverse industrial and scientific backgrounds. The conference setting – structured around thematic discussions, workshops and the introduction of new concepts within BioZ’s strategic action fields – provided an effective platform to increase the project’s visibility and stimulate potential collaborations with other ongoing initiatives in the alliance.
