The project was promoted at the European Bioplastics Conference 2025 (EBC25), held on 2–3 December 2025 at the Titanic Hotel Berlin – Europe’s leading forum for the bioplastics sector.
The conference gathered around 400 senior decision makers, researchers, and policymakers from across the bioplastics value chain, offering a key platform to showcase innovations in bio-based, biodegradable and compostable plastics. As part of the project’s dissemination activities, a leaflet was displayed at the exhibition stand, enabling attendees to discover the project’s scope and objectives within a vibrant environment focused on sustainability, market trends, policy developments and cutting-edge materials.
Throughout the event, the presence of the leaflet facilitated direct engagement with conference participants, resulting in 29 contacts made at the stand. The high-level networking opportunities and strong industry participation – reinforced by EBC25’s hybrid format, social events and interactive sessions – helped increase the project’s visibility at the European level.
